1. Eligibility

Offer applies only to gift card purchases of €150 or greater.

The bonus credit and friend voucher are issued automatically once the qualifying purchase is completed.

2. Bonus Credit

Customers receive €50 added for free to their purchased gift card.

Bonus credit can be redeemed only on detailing packages (Protection, Enhancement, Minor Correction, Major Correction, New Car Detail).

Bonus credit cannot be used for Full Valet services.

3. Friend Voucher (€50)

A separate €50 voucher is issued for gifting to a friend or family member.

The friend voucher is only valid on bookings valued at €150 or above (before discounts or promotions).

The €50 friend voucher can be redeemed only on detailing packages and is not valid for Full Valet services.

The voucher must be used in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple bookings.

Only one friend voucher may be used per booking.

4. Redemption Conditions

Gift cards and vouchers:

• Are redeemable against detailing packages only unless otherwise stated.

• Full Valet services are excluded from this promotional offer.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

• Must be presented (physically or digitally) at the time of booking or payment.

5. Expiry

Gift card credit is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase (as required by Irish law).

The €50 friend voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

6. Non-Transferability

The primary gift card is fully transferable.

The bonus friend voucher must be redeemed by the person it was gifted to and cannot be transferred again.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

Bookings paid using a gift card or voucher follow Northwest Detailing’s standard cancellation policy.

If a customer cancels outside the permitted window, value may be deducted from the gift card or voucher.

8. Fraud Prevention

Northwest Detailing reserves the right to refuse or cancel vouchers suspected of misuse, duplication, or fraud.

9. Offer Availability

This is a limited-time promotional offer and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
