1. Promoter
The Giveaway is organised and administered by Northwest Detailing, Harbour Road, Bunbeg, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal (F92 R5PH).

2. Eligibility
Open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or older.
One entry per person only.
Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Northwest Detailing are not eligible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information on the entry form.

3. Entry Period
The Giveaway runs until 21/12/25 at 23:59.
Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter
Complete the online form on the Northwest Detailing giveaway page.
All required fields must be filled out.
Entries are free; no purchase is necessary.

5. Prize Details
One winner will receive a Full Transformation Detail valued at over €1,000, which includes:
Minor paint correction
Full ceramic coating on paintwork
Wheel and arch deep clean & protection
Exhaust and glass treatment
Full interior deep clean & detail

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

6. €50 Credit for All Entrants
Every entrant receives €50 credit to use towards approved detailing packages.
Credit is only valid for the following services: Protection Package, Enhancement Package, Minor Correction Package, Major Correction Package, and New Car Detail.
Full Valet services are not eligible for use with the €50 credit.
Credit must be used within 90 days of the winner announcement unless stated otherwise.
Only one €50 credit per person.
Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards, bundles, or promotional offers.
Credit cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers or discounts.

7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on 21/12/25.
The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email.
If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, a replacement winner will be selected.

8. Prize Fulfilment
The winner must book their appointment directly with Northwest Detailing.
The vehicle must be in a suitable condition for the service.
Any additional work outside the awarded package may incur an extra charge.
Northwest Detailing reserves the right to reschedule in the event of weather conditions, workshop availability, or other operational reasons.

9. Use of Entries & Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to allow Northwest Detailing to use their first name, before/after photos of the vehicle, and an optional testimonial for marketing purposes.
No sensitive personal data will be shared.

10. Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
Data will only be used for administering the Giveaway and issuing the €50 credit.
Entrants may be added to Northwest Detailing’s mailing list but may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information, uses multiple entries, attempts to interfere with the Giveaway, or behaves abusively or fraudulently.

12. Limitation of Liability
Northwest Detailing is not responsible for technical problems, communication failures, or entries not received due to web/device issues.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation, except where caused by negligence.

13. Changes to the Giveaway
Northwest Detailing reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Giveaway, or modify dates or prize details where necessary.
Any changes will be communicated on the official website or social channels.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
